Thank You Babble.com!

It’s been so long since I’ve blogged that I’ve practically forgotten how to do it. I just wanted to take a minute to let you all know I will be back to blogging soon. We are in the middle of moving and it has taken over my life! I haven’t had a minute to sit down and do what I love to do…cook! There has been a lot of fast meals around my house lately. Black bean tacos, pasta salads and grilled vegetables. No creativity involved but still good tasting vegan food!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer and enjoying plenty of time with friends and family. I also want to take a minute to thank Babble.com for naming Mighty Vegan as one of their top 100 mom food bloggers. I’m seriously honored. We come in at number 54 on a list with some seriously talent! Thank you Babble!
