Every now and again I like to delude myself into thinking I’m going to eat an exclusively raw diet. This usually happens after I’ve eaten a whole batch of cookies or the better part of a pizza. As you might guess, this determination never sticks. But I do like the idea of eating a few raw meals a week. I mostly do this in the form of a smoothie or salad.
