It’s beginning to feel a lot like fall around here. The air is getting a little cooler, the leaves are beginning to change and everywhere I look I see pumpkins and mums. It’s the time of year when I love to get in the kitchen and bake. Pumpkin bread, apple pie, muffins and whatever else I can think up. Some of the tips you will most likely recognize, like replacing eggs with flaxseed, but you may not know that baking powder and oil is also a great egg substitute, I sure didn’t!
